Who we are

What this website collects
The website itself does not collect client information. It has no client accounts, and we do not store booking, health or session information on it.
When you visit, our website host, Squarespace, automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit, in order to deliver the site, keep it secure and provide us with anonymous visitor statistics. Squarespace acts as our service provider for this purpose.
Cookies
The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, and — only if you agree through the cookie banner — cookies for visitor statistics. You can decline non-essential cookies in the banner.
Booking and coaching
When you choose "Begin with a conversation", you leave this website and book through Practice Better, a practice-management platform. Your booking, contact and session information is stored there, under a data-processing agreement with GoodImmunity, and is used only to arrange and provide coaching. How that information is handled during coaching is described in our Coaching Terms, section 6.
The contact form is hosted on the same platform and governed by the same agreement.
If you write to us, your message and contact details are held by our email provider and are used only to reply to you and, where relevant, to arrange coaching.
Links to other sites
Our social media icons and the booking link lead to other services, which have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep information
Emails are deleted one year after our last contact with you, unless we are required to keep them longer.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we are required by law to keep. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights given to you by the GDPR, including to object to processing and to complain to your local data-protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@goodimmunity.com.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children through it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
